As the Operations Manager for Houston TX Hot Chicken, my responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, developing, managing staff as well as overseeing financials/budgets.

I also work closely with executives on strategies to increase sales and profits while controlling costs.

Additionally, I identify areas for improvement within the organization; devise strategies to increase efficiency within existing processes; and ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations.
